Borrowly is a trusted neighbour-to-neighbour sharing community.
Borrowly has zero tolerance for objectionable content, harassment, threats, hate speech, abuse, scams, fraud, sexually explicit content, illegal items, impersonation, or abusive behaviour.
Users must treat one another with respect and must not use Borrowly to intimidate, deceive, or harm other people.
Do not post inappropriate images, offensive or threatening text, prohibited goods, misleading titles, false descriptions, or messages intended to harass or scam other users.
If your content is reported, Borrowly may review it and remove it if it violates these guidelines or our Terms of Use.
Borrowly may remove content, warn users, suspend accounts, or permanently remove abusive users where appropriate.
Valid reports are reviewed promptly, with action targeted within 24 hours when possible.
Use the in-app Report action to flag listings, requests, profiles, comments, or messages that violate these guidelines.
You can block users from inside the app to stop seeing each other's content and interactions.
