Borrowly gives every user tools to report unsafe content and block abusive users.
How to report
Use the in-app Report action on listings, requests, profiles, comments, or messages that break the rules or feel unsafe. Reports are private, and the reported person does not see who submitted them.
Harassment or abusive behaviour
Hate speech
Inappropriate or explicit content
Spam or scam
Illegal or prohibited item
Misleading information

What happens next
Borrowly reviews valid reports and may remove content, warn users, suspend accounts, or permanently remove abusive users.
Users can also block another user from their listing or profile to immediately hide each other's content and interactions.
