Borrowly is a community sharing platform where trusted neighbours can borrow and lend everyday items. Our goal is to make sharing simple, safe, and useful for local communities.

We may collect mobile numbers for OTP login, profile details such as your name, item and listing details you publish, listing photos or images, borrow request and return activity, ratings and reviews, and basic device or app usage information.

If your experience uses location or community features, we may also process community-related information to help connect you with the right neighbourhood.

Borrowly uses the information above to create and manage accounts, verify users through OTP, display listings, manage borrow and lend requests, support trust and safety features, improve the app experience, and contact users about app-related activity.

Borrowly does not sell personal data.

We may share data only when needed to run the service, comply with the law, prevent fraud or misuse, protect user safety, or work with trusted service providers.

These providers may include Supabase for backend, database, and authentication services, MSG91 or similar providers for OTP verification, and Google Play services where applicable.

You can contact us to request account deletion, data deletion, or support related to your account and data.
