Borrowly Terms of Use

Community Safety
Borrowly has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive, threatening, discriminatory, fraudulent, sexually explicit, illegal, harassing, or unsafe behaviour.
User Content
Users must not upload inappropriate images, listing titles, descriptions, item requests, reviews, messages, or profile information. Borrowly may remove reported content and suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Reports and Review
Reported content may be reviewed and removed. Borrowly will act on valid reports within 24 hours, including content removal, account suspension, permanent termination, or other safety actions.
Borrowing and Lending
Borrowly helps trusted neighbours coordinate borrowing, lending, and giveaways. Users are responsible for accurate listings, respectful coordination, timely returns for borrow-only items, and following local laws.
Account Actions
Users can report content, block users, request support, and delete their account from inside the app. Account deletion is permanent and removes or anonymizes associated personal data where required.
